It was a shock to me when I first heard that Michael Jackson had died of a cardiac arrest (possible that he had drug overdose, but I'm not sure...). I just couldn't believe my eyes and ears [from the news on the internet]. That's terrible
 and he was only 50 years old...So I decided to make a picture to represent him, and I chose Sonic. According to Sonic's history, his shoes were a concept design inspired by Michael Jackson's boots. Also, I do believe that in a couple of stages from one of the old Sonic games, the music was based on some of his songs. So there is a tiny connection between them. About the music - someone has proven that between Sonic 3 and MJ's songs there are many similarities, that it's very possible.
