ok i drew this one late last night... i had a weird dream, about my story, only it was in Romeo and Juliet form... I'm reading that book at school, and it got tied in with my story. They are sort of the same I guess Jericho was Romeo and Trisha was Juliet (me). Well anyways, who wants cake? Trisha and Jericho sat alone side by side at the long dinner table. Sonic and the others sat in the reserved seats. The rest of the crowd sat around at the extra tables. Silver and Blue balloons were propped in the center of the white cloth-covered tables, with glittering sprinkles around the sand bags that were holding them down. A silver bell was placed infront of every single person at the tables. The ceiling was colored with white streamers and confetti. Jericho snipped the silk cloth from behind Trisha's head, leaving the crown. Trisha smiled, "Thank you." The crowds began talking, telling about their normal lives, jobs, and such. Sonic then stood up, clinking his glass with a spoon, "Excuse me may I have your attention for just a moment?" The crowd grew silent, and stared at Sonic. Sonic stared dumbfound, "Um... this is my first time of being Best Man. I'm happy to be chosen specially as Best Man, must be because I'm cool and blue." "Oh shut up," Shadow growled. Sonic gave a death glare, then his face brightened, "Well then to start with, this is the most special day to our lives, especially to those two lovers right there." Trisha felt embarrassed. Sonic cleared his throat, "It's their time to have fun, eat together, and dance beneathe the lights. We wouldn't want to ruin their day would we." "Just get on with it," Shadow mumbled. Sonic glared at him, then continued, "Now, what I need to say is each and everyone of you has a silver bell. Whenever you ring it, the two couples have to kiss." Shadow stared at the chime and thought. Trisha and Jericho looked at each other. "There's not a problem about that," Jericho whispered. Sonic smiled, "Okay now that that's taken care of, the two married hedgehogs get to be the first to go up and grab some food at the buffet. Lucky... Well then, I'll shut up now and let you go on about your business. Nice of talking to you, peace." He then sat down, and the crowds began talking to each other. Shadow hissed at Sonic, "You're an embarrassment..." "Look this was my first time okay?" Sonic said. "Chill..." Trisha and Jericho got up and went to the buffet table. They both got a plate, a napkin, and silverware. Jericho then took some green beans, a chicken leg, and some rolls. Trisha scooped some mashed potatoes, grabbed some chicken legs, rolls, green beans, noodles, and punch. Jericho stared down at her food in a daze, "You sure you gonna eat all that?" "All of a sudden I felt very hungry," Trisha said, then put some more mashed potatoes on her plate. It was a pigsty. Jericho's eyes went big, "Well I hope you save the rest for the crowd." "I will," Trisha laughed, then sat back down at the table. Jericho sat beside her. Sonic noticed that they have finished grabbing what they wanted. He then stood up and shouted, "Now we can get our food." The crowd trampled through like a stampede to the food and grabbed what they wanted. As they got back to their seats, Sonic stood up again, clinking his glass, "Attention people, attention. Don't eat the food quite yet." Everyone waited. Sonic sighed, "I thank you all for coming to the wedding. We appreciate it a whole lot. The decorations around the room were made by Anna and Rouge. So if you would please applaud for their outstanding work." Everyone clapped. Anna smiled and waved, "Thanks a bunch. It was nothing..." Sonic nodded, then said, "Now I'd like to make a toast... to the two most lucky hedgehogs on the face of Mobius... Trisha and Jericho. It's so strange that a shy little hedgehog has been connected to a wild one. You better watch yourself though Jer, you don't know the other half of her." Some of the crowds laughed, and Trisha blushed. Jericho smiled. Sonic took his wine and lifted it up, "Here's to Trisha and Jericho." The others did the same, "To Trisha and Jericho..." They then sipped their drinks. Once Sonic had emptied the cup, he said, "You may begin your feast." The crowds chowed on their food. Jericho took his time eating, while Trisha took at least a bite of everything on her plate. Jericho stared, "Um, are you okay?" "Yeah just hungry," Trisha said. Jericho raised a brow, "Did you not eat lunch?" Trisha thought for a moment, then said, "No, I don't believe I have. That's probably why." "I guess," Jericho said.
Anna and the girls walked around the tables until they spotted four familiar guests. "Aylee!" Cream squeaked. Aylee waved, "Heyya girls!" The girls ran over to Aylee, Dash, Jiffy, and Mulcher. "You came to the wedding!" Anna said. Dash winked, "Yep, we heard about it, and decided to come by and enjoy the party. Nice one..." Cream hugged Jiffy, "I'm glad that you guys could come! We missed you!" Jiffy laughed, "Yeah, well congrats about your two friends getting married. Who would have thought those two would end up like this?" "Well they did love each other, and they still do even though Trisha doesn't mind him a half-blood," Anna said. Kaz looked over at Mulcher's arm. It was still in a sling. "So it's still broken huh?" she asked. "Yep," Mulcher grumbled. "Gonna be wearing this for a few more month til it's fully healed. Which means that I sit around while the others do my chores." "Why don't you do at least something?" Dash hissed. Mulcher growled, "I do do something..." Dash sneered, "Oh yeah, like what?" "Sitting around and watching football," Mulcher answered. Dash fell out of his chair, then got up, "That's not a job. You should clean the dishes or at least do the laundry." "I can't do that cause I have one arm!" Mulcher exclaimed. "Oh waaaa, stop whining like a baby and grow up!" Dash shouted. "STOP YELLING!!!" Aylee screamed. Dash and Mulcher shut up. Aylee exhaled, "Let's not destroy the party shall we. Let's just sit back and enjoy our time having fun." Dash whispered, "Sorry about that." Mulcher mumbled undertone. Aylee rolled her eyes, "Boys, they're still the same." "We could tell," Anna smiled.
Sonic got up and wandered around until he spotted two characters that he's run into before. "Hey Silver! Blaze!" he shouted. Silver looked up, then waved, "Heyya Sonic."
Sonic ran over to them, "What are you doing here?" Blaze shrugged, "Ah, Silver just wanted to come and see the party." "Nice of you to come," Sonic said with a thumbsup. He then saw the Babylonian Rogues. "Oh great not you guys," Sonic grumbled. "Hello fellow hedgehog who I still think I can beat in the next race," Jet said in a snotty way. Sonic gritted his teeth. Tails and Knuckles ran over to Sonic, "Why are they here? We didn't invite them." "Oh we just came by to laugh in your face," Jet sneered. He then pointed and laughed, "Hahaha!" Sonic's face went steaming red. "What was that for?" Tails snarled. Jet shrugged, "I don't know, just wanted to do that." "Anyways, congradulations with your two friends being married," Wave said in a nice tone. Jet shoved her aside, "Oh enough of your mushy talk, it's time to cut down to the chase..." He then stuck his beak infront of Sonic, "Looking forward to the next Extreme Gear tournament next year?" "You're on!" Sonic hissed. Jet laughed, "Ha, I'll be the one who's winning the trophy this time. You'll just fall and kiss the ground goodbye." "You'll be the one who's going down Jet!" Sonic snarled. Jet made a smirk on his face, "We'll see about that." Sonic clenched his teeth. Jet then spun around and signaled Wave and Storm, "Come on guys, let's dump this place." They all then walked away. Steam came out of his ears. Tails tapped Sonic's shoulder, "Sonic?" "I'll show him!" Sonic roared. "I'll beat him just like before!" "I wouldn't count on that Sonic," a low voice said. Sonic, Knuckles, and Tails spun around. "You?!" Sonic exclaimed in shock. It was none other than Dr. Eggman, Sonic's enemy. "Hello Sonic," Eggman said calmly. Tails and Knuckles jumped out and got into fighting position. Sonic did as well. "Now now Sonic, don't jump to conclusions just yet," Eggman said, sweat drops forming on his bald head. Sonic lowered his fist, "what are you doing here Eggman. Going to crash the party?" "That's what I would do if you were getting married," Eggman said. "But to these two, I wouldn't want to ruin it, even though they are friends of yours and enemies of mine. They are not quite as big of enemies as you are Sonic. I would save my destruction on you." Sonic raised a brow, "Then why are you here?" Bocoe and Decoe popped up, "We're here to get some cake!" Eggman slammed his fists on their heads, "Shut up you metal contraptions!" Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles looked confused. Eggman cleared his throat, "Yes, we're here for cake. That is all, now get out of my face Sonic before I have second thoughts." Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles walked away. Sonic then shook his head, "Sometimes I don't get you Eggman."
Shadow stared at the bell. Rouge sat with him, and stared at him. Shadow then took the bell and rang it. Sonic peaked around the corner, "Op, you know what that means? Trisha and Jericho have to kiss." Trisha and Jericho looked at each other, then kissed. Shadow hesitated a few minutes. When time was up, he rang it again. Jericho and Trisha stopped eating and kissed each other again. Shadow smiled, thinking of a plan. He than rang the bell again. Jericho and Trisha sighed and kissed again. When they parted the bell rang again. They came close to each others lips when the bell rang again. They both froze and turned their heads to Shadow, who was ringing the bell on and off. Rouge then grabbed the bell and threw it across the room. "Hey!" Shadow hissed. "I was using that." "Stop goofing off," Rouge said. "You're acting like a kid." Shadow grunted and hit his head on the table with boredom. Sonic and the others arrived back at the table. Sonic then stood up and said, "Okay, the time has come when we get to have some cake." The crowd cheered. Sonic waved his hand to quiet them down, "but first, Jericho and Trisha get to have the first slice. After that, they start by feeding each other the pieces of cake. Jericho... Trisha... you may go up and get your slice." Trisha and Jericho got up, took a piece of vanilla cake, and sat back down. Everyone waited and watched. Jericho and Trisha grabbed the cake and brought it to each others mouth. "Well this is it," Jericho smiled. Trisha smiled back. "Alright married couple," Sonic said. "Begin." Trisha smooshed the cake in Jericho's face. Jericho blinked with sudden surprise. Trisha closed her eyes and laughed. Jericho did too. Trisha then opened her eyes, and Jericho smooshed the cake on her face. Jericho laughed even more. Trisha blinked. "FOOD FIGHT!!!" Sonic exclaimed, and crowds started grabbing food and throwing it all over the place. Amy screamed when soup was poured on her dress. Sonic laughed, and Tails threw a pie at him. Noodles went flying, drumsticks spun around like boomerangs, and mashed potatoes flung everywhere. "My dress! MY BEAUTIFUL DRESS!" Amy screamed. "Shut up," Shadow hissed, and shoved a plate in her face. Jericho and Trisha ducked. Jericho turned over the table to make it like a barrier, a shield. Trisha squealed and giggled, "This is some wedding reception isn't it?" "You said it," Jericho said. Some mashed potatoes then soared over their heads, and Jericho pushed Trisha down to avoid the hit. Jericho looked down at Trisha. Trisha blushed, her eyes glittering. There were noodles stuck in her hair and cake and mashed potato smudges all over her face and dress. Jericho bent in close to Trisha's lips and almost kissed them until the table fell forward. Jericho quickly jumped off of Trisha. They both stared and saw the crowd still throwing stuff around. Trisha and Jericho looked at each other. "Guess this is alittle too much of a party," Trisha said. Jericho grinned, "It was worth it." He then got up and reached out his hand, "Care for a dance?" Trisha gazed at his hand, then took it.
